Insight 2015
Insight is back this year too on May 4, 5 and 6 from 9.00 A.M to 4.00
P.M. in the Department of Information Science and Technology, CEG
Campus, Anna University. We invite students of IX-XII to participate.
The workshop is conducted free of cost.
About Insight
This workshop aims at presenting the scientific thought process that
has been followed for centuries in our country. All major areas of study
from Mathematics and Astronomy to Logic and Grammar are influenced by
this thought process. The highlight of this thought process is that it
improves the ability to think differently, yet quickly; and communicate
precisely. This is embedded in the techniques used for Mathematics,
Logic and Astronomy. This workshop will train the students in these
techniques through short-cuts and mental calculations that the students
can effectively use in their day-to-day activities. In turn, these
techniques will enhance in depth understanding of academics, lateral
thinking and memory.
