Solution

1. In Firefox

1. click the    Menu option at top right side of the window under the close button.

2.Now a popup menu  list appears.    Click Option

3. Now  Preferences window appears.  Click Privacy option on the left pane

4. Click  clear all current history  under the  History option on the right pane

5. Now Clear All History Dialog box appears. Select  Everything in the drop down list.

6. Click Clear Now button.

In Google Chrome

1. Click Menu option at top right side of the window under the close button
2. Click More tools.
3. Click Clear browsing data.

4. Select the Beginning of time  in Obliterate the following  items from drop down list.

5. Enable (tick) the Check boxes.

6. Click Clear Browsing data button.
